My services and approach

I provide Individual, Couple’s, Children and Adolescent Counselling; Life Coaching; and Nervous System Resets, all using a holistic package of talking, movement, Reiki and sound therapy. In addition, I offer Therapeutic Supervision for fellow counsellors, teachers or anyone working in the caring profession.

I practice holistically, looking at the whole person and the systems surrounding them, seeking to bring a harmonious connection of mind and body. Together, we will consider influences and experiences that have occurred throughout your life, including themes such as:

• Patterns – of the body and the mind, to notice those that are unhelpful and to discover new patterns that provide helpful choices in life.

• Empowerment – to map and plan pathways to future success.

• Identity – to uncover and tailor solutions that reflect your beliefs and values.

• Resilience – to navigate blocks that may currently prevent or challenge you from reaching your goals.

• Achieving success – by investing in yourself and celebrating new ways of being.

Throughout, I will always support you with respect and confidentiality.

• Yoga Instructor

• Laughter Yoga Facilitator

• Reiki Level One and Two practitioner

I am also a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and have been living and working in North Devon for over twenty years. I very much enjoy drawing inspiration from the countryside and the coast.
